Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing
process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Responsible for directing and guiding patient teaching and
activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of
professional nursing. Responsible for acting as a preceptor for new
orientees on the nursing unit. Additional Information
Qualifications/Requirements Education Graduate from school of
nursing. Required licensures/certifications Current Florida Nursing
License Current BLS Certification Experience Knowledge of
preoperative and postoperative assessment and management of adult
and geriatric patients or one year previous medical/surgical
experience preferred.
