Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Nurse Practitioner to enhance
patient care through innovative remote monitoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments of patients using telehealth
platforms
Create individualized care plans and maintain accurate
documentation within the EHR system
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings
Required Qualifications:
Certified and licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in California
1+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience working with complex
adult populations
1+ years of telehealth experience
Ability to practice independently with little or no supervision
Certification from ANCC (or equivalent) as an Adult, Family,
Geriatric, and/or Acute Nurse Practitioner
