Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefit and Leave Specialist to
support their employee benefits and leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health
and wellness initiatives
Oversee leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with
relevant laws
Coordinate with third-party vendors for accurate enrollments and
claims processing
Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of experience in administering benefits and leave
programs
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
preferred
Experience with FMLA, ADA, and other leave laws
Familiarity with HR systems and benefits administration
platforms
Experience in educating employees on benefits and leave
policies
