Job Description:
We are a dynamic skincare brand, focused on innovation and
leveraging digital platforms to reach new customers. TikTok is
about to become a core part of our e-commerce strategy, and we are
looking for a creative and results-driven individual to oversee all
aspects of our TikTok e-commerce activities.
As the TikTok E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for
developing and executing strategies that drive revenue and brand
visibility on TikTok. You will oversee everything from content
creation, influencer partnerships, paid advertising, and product
launches to optimizing the entire e-commerce funnel on the
platform. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in
shaping our brand's digital presence while driving tangible growth
through innovative TikTok marketing and sales tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall TikTok e-commerce strategy to
drive sales and audience growth.
- Create and oversee engaging, brand-appropriate content,
including viral campaigns, product showcases, and live
streams.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand
ambassadors to expand our reach and engagement on TikTok.
- Optimize the TikTok Shop and storefront, ensuring seamless
integration of products, promotions, and user experience.
- Manage and analyze TikTok ad campaigns, monitoring ROI,
engagement, and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, features, and best
practices to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure
consistency and alignment across all channels.
- Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights and
recommendations to improve future initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to enhance
our competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing TikTok campaigns and/or e-commerce
strategies, ideally within a consumer brand or agency.
- Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and platform
tools (TikTok Shop, Ads Manager, Creator Marketplace).
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging
content.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive
decision-making and improve performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce,
etc.) and integration with TikTok.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus.
